Robert and Christine are both ordained ministers with the Assemblies of God (AOG) Australia, serving for almost 30 years as Senior Ministers of two very successful churches in Queensland. Thuringowa AOG, Townsville was pioneered in February 1985 and Harvest Community Church, Sandgate, Brisbane in March 1991. Both churches are still flourishing and growing strong.

In February 2003, they relocated to Anyang City, South Korea and pastored in the International Congregation of a 10,000 member Church at Sae Jun Ang for 2 years before accepting the call of God back to Dubbo, Australia to become involved in ministry to families and small communities from the far western areas of NSW.

Robert came to know the Lord while he was in the Royal Australian Army on detatchment to West Germany. After returning to Australia Robert accepted the call of God to enter His service and began his theological training in degree studies at Logos International Leadership College, Townsville and later at Jubilee International College in Brisbane. While in Townsville Robert was a member of the North Queensland Executive of the Assemblies of God for 4 years and later on as Chairman of the North Brisbane Ministers Network for 2 years. With his wife, Christine, Robert founded Sandgate Christian Leaders Training College in Brisbane and was President and a lecturer for 4 years. Sandgate Christian Leaders Training College was an extension College of Logos International Leadership College Townsville. Robert also wrote a thesis on The Miracles of Our Lord and with his wife Christine authored an extensive study on the Ministry Gifts.

Christine came to know the Lord at age 10 but recommitted her life to Him some years later. After accepting the call to ministry service Christine commenced her theological studies at Logos International Leadership College Townsville achieving diploma level and completed her degree studies at Jubilee International College Brisbane. Christine also completed a Diploma in English studies through London Teachers Training College while residing in South Korea. While in Townsville, Christine was Northern District Clerk for 4 years and Assistant Director of Women’s Ministry North Queensland for 2 years. Christine was also joint Senior Pastor of both churches pioneered in Townsville and Brisbane. Christine was the founding Dean and Senior lecturer of Sandgate Christian Leaders Training College, Brisbane for 4 years.

Both Robert and Christine have preached and taught the Word of God extensively in Queensland, New South Wales and South Korea and have travelled frequently around Australia, The UK and Scotland, France and have revisited South Korea for ministry. Robert and Christine both move easily and frequently in the Gifts of God and His Spirit and continue to teach regularly on these Gifts.

Robert and Christine have two children and 5 grandchildren. Robert and Christine spend their time reading, writing, preaching, teaching, enjoying a good movie and in fellowship with others in the Faith.
