From a curriculum point of view, some of the outcomes relating to the completion of Courses can be identified. In a cumulative fashion, and within the scope and purpose of each Course, students should be able to increasingly do the following:

  1. Demonstrate that they have some of the essential skills required to be a leader in the church, particularly the ability to disciple and nurture others.

  2. Demonstrate that they have a sound working knowledge of the Christian message, an ability to communicate and defend it, and the skills needed to engage in the continuing study of it.

  3. Demonstrate that they have the means for personal spiritual growth and development.

  4. Demonstrate that they have an understanding of the church and its ministries.
